You can activate your card on this page. Simply scroll down, fill in the form below and click "I AGREE" to accept the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement. Once complete, you will then be able log into your Cardholder interface.

NOTE: For security reasons, you must use a minimum of 8 letters or numbers when creating a password. Change your password anytime when you log in to your cardholder interface.

This activation form is for first time cardholders. If you already have an active Ultimate Debit Card, or you are activating a replacement card for a stolen or lost card, please login to the Cardholder Interface to activate your new card.
